Deposit and Cancellation Policy

At L.F Waxing, we aim to maintain a relaxing and positive experience at all times. Therefore, to maintain this - we ask that clients are respectful to arrive on time so that we are able to ensure the right amount of time needed and to provide quality attention to each client.

Note: the service total time is to ensure that we have enough time blocked and to accommodate clients for those who need the full time or as needed to complete the services with enough before and after prep time. The allocated service total time is an average estimate, future appointments will be adjusted accordingly.

Same Day Appointments and Walk-Ins

Please call or text before coming to the studio for walk-ins and for same day appointments. If you are not making a deposit through Fresha directly: we will send an notification that will request you to pay for the deposit through Fresha with a valid credit card or debit card. E-transfer is also possible if you are not able to pay through the app.

Deposits must be done immediately/ in a timely manner from the time of appointment request and before the appointment. Until a deposit is made, no appointment will be reserved.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable. A 24-48 hours cancellation and rescheduling courtesy notice in advance before the appointment time is highly appreciated. Try to refrain from rescheduling more than once consecutively or else the appointment will be cancelled on our end to better optimize the schedule for committed clients.

Same day cancellations and rescheduling will result in charging the remaining balance of the service total and a new deposit is required.

Cancellations, rescheduling less than 24 hours for 2 hours+ time block of an appointment slot will result in charging the remaining balance of the service total.

No Show, Missed and Lateness Policy

A late fee of $10 will be applied if we are passed the 15 minutes mark from the appointment time (conditional fee upon only if we are able to accommodate to fit you in pass the booked time). In event of lateness, we cannot guarantee to complete all service(s) booked and/or accommodate to reschedule for the same day.

Not showing up after 15 minutes and with no notice or response, forgotten/missed appointment - your appointment will be cancelled and will result in charging the remaining balance of the service total.

Consecutive / frequent breach of the policies will be denied future bookings with L.F Waxing.
